Great location, beautiful, room was great.

Used ballys as its fitness center instead of its own.

Thought it was great, was charged for a water but it was immediately fixed without a problem. The room was beautiful and I like having high speed hookups for my computer.

Free upgrade to a king suite!

The shower was annoying, didn't work right, no pressure, and inconsistent temperature.

Everything was very convenient as far as location. The lobby was beautiful, the room was spotless and we got a free upgrade. It was a great stay.

Convenient location.

Mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

There are other hotels in the area that I would prefer to stay in that are comparable or less expensive. The room seemed outdated and the bed was uncomfortable.
